In analyzing the impacts that a situation or an action may have on the society, I begin by placing myself at the center of the action. This way, I make a decision on whether a situation is ethical or not depending on how it affects the people. A situation becomes unethical when it harms or even threatens other members of the society. An ethical action is one that does not injure anyone. As such, one acts unethically if he or she abuses others in public.
